Η εταιρεία που θα κατασκευάσει και θα διαχειριστεί την τουριστική επένδυση στην «αλάνα» της Νέας Ηρακλείτσας, με την επωνυμία Hamptons Greece, θα είναι ο μεγάλος χορηγός της ομάδας ποδοσφαίρου του Αθλητικού Ομίλου «Καβάλα» για την επόμενη τριετία! Αυτό ανακοίνωσε ο τέως μεγαλομέτοχος της Ποδοσφαιρικής Ανώνυμης Εταιρείας (Π.Α.Ε.) Αθλητικός Όμιλος «Καβάλα» 1965, Alexander Haditaghi, ο οποίος έκανε μία μακροσκελή και πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα ανάρτηση, μετά από την εκδήλωση για την παρουσίαση των εμφανίσεων της ομάδας για την περίοδο 2023-2024.
Ο Καναδός επιχειρηματίας, αφού στέλνει την αγάπη και τις θερμές ευχές του προς τους φιλάθλους, το νέο διοικητικό σχήμα και την πόλη, αναφέρει πως θα είναι ο μέγας χορηγός (major sponsor) του Α.Ο.Κ. για τα επόμενα τρία έτη. Μάλιστα, αναφέρει πως η χορηγία του προς την ομάδα, θα «κυμανθεί» από 75.000 έως 125.000 ευρώ (μάξιμουμ).
Ακόμα, εκφράζει την διάθεση να συμβάλλει στην «αναζωογόνηση» (rejuvenation) του δημοτικού σταδίου «Ανθή Καραγιάννη» γράφοντας, χαρακτηριστικά ότι: “I aim to breathe new life into our beloved stadium”.
Επίσης, δίνει εξήγηση για το ζήτημα των οφειλών προς αλλοδαπούς ποδοσφαιριστές την περίοδο που ήταν μεγαλομέτοχος της Π.Α.Ε. Τον στεναχώρησε, έγραψε, ότι κάποιοι εκμεταλλεύτηκαν την απουσία του από την Ελλάδα και δημιούργησαν αναληθείς και άδικες διεκδικήσεις. Έγινε παρεξήγηση με τον ποδοσφαιριστή Stefan Jarakovic και με άλλους, που κόστισαν αδίκως στον Α.Ο.Κ. και στον ίδιο. Εμφανίστηκε, ακόμα, μία οικονομική διεκδίκηση 35.000 ευρώ από ποδοσφαιριστή πριν από μία δεκαετία, τον οποίο δεν γνώριζε! Τακτοποίησε την οφειλή αυτή από την «εγγυητική επιστολή», που έδωσε για να συμμετάσχει ο Α.Ο.Κ. στο πρωτάθλημα της Super League 2, ωστόσο από τα χρήματα της «εγγυητικής επιστολής» (150.000 ευρώ) δεν του επιστράφηκε ούτε ένα ευρώ, αφού δόθηκαν για την πληρωμή οφειλών που δεν είχε ιδέα πως υπάρχουν κατά την αποχώρηση του από τον Α.Ο.Κ. Όσον αφορά τα χρήματα που υποσχέθηκε η κυβέρνηση να δώσει προς τις Π.Α.Ε. της Super League 2, από την φορολόγηση των κερδών των στοιχηματικών εταιρειών, παρέμειναν μία υπόσχεση, ενώ κανείς δεν τα διεκδίκησε το ποσό που δικαιούταν ο Α.Ο.Κ.
Τέλος, δηλώνει (φανατικός) υποστηρικτής της ομάδας ποδοσφαίρου της Καβάλας, εύχεται να πετύχει τον στόχο της ανόδου στην Super League 2 και δίνει «ραντεβού» με τους φιλάθλους, για να επευφημούν, να στηρίζουν την ομάδα και να ονειρεύονται την ημέρα που ο Α.Ο.Κ. θα επιστρέψει στην Super League. I am thrilled to announce that I will be the team’s major sponsor for the next three years. Regardless of the division or location, my unwavering support for AO Kavala will remain steadfast. My sponsorship amounts range from a minimum of €75,000 to a maximum of €125,000 over the next three (3) years. Furthermore, as we begin construction at Hamptons Greece, I want to extend a hand of support to rejuvenate the cherished yet overlooked Stadium of Kavala. By ordering additional essentials such as toilets, tiles, cement, and more, I aim to breathe new life into our beloved stadium.
However, while I have been away and isolated from communication, it pains me to know that some have taken advantage of my absence. There have been false claims and unjust decisions made in the dark, without my knowledge. Misrepresentations, like the situation with Stefan Jarakovic and several other players, have unjustly cost the team and myself significant sums.
Disturbingly, an incident that I find hard to fathom is a claim made by a player who represented AO Kavala almost a decade ago – someone whose name I’m unfamiliar with. They filed a grievance with the courts, and once again, there was no response, no information passed onto me, and no defense on our behalf. This oversight cost the team, and by extension, myself, almost 35,000 EURO – a sum I settled using my letter of credit over the past few months. This action, among others, highlights the challenges faced in my absence.
The hard truth is that not a single EURO from my letter of credit of €150,000 was returned to me. It was all used to settle debts that I wasn’t even aware or even existed upon my departure. The promise of betting money from the government, for instance, remained unfulfilled with no one standing up for the club’s rightful claim.
It is a sorrowful realization that deception and dishonesty can come from those we least expect. But I remain undeterred and resolute in my support for AO Kavala.
To the current administration, I extend my heartfelt best wishes. The team looks promising, and their experience in football is commendable. I genuinely hope they bring the success AO Kavala deserves. As for me, you’ll find me among the fans-cheering, supporting, and dreaming of the day we play in Super League 1.
